Who this is for

You want other people — the office manager, your engineers — to see the calls and jobs. Your plan includes three user logins, and you (the owner) add and remove people.

Time: 5 minutes. You'll need: to be the owner, and each person's email.

Steps

The Team page showing logins used out of three, an 'Invite a teammate' card with an email field and role picker, and the current members with roles and status.
Three logins come with your plan.

1. Invite someone

On Settings → Team, enter their email, pick a role, and press Send invite. They get an email with a link to set a password — see Accept your invite.

2. Pick the right role

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything — billing, the team, call forwarding, accounting, and sending quotes and invoices
ManagerThe day-to-day, plus branding, the greeting, and drafting quotes and invoices (the owner sends them)
EngineerThe day-to-day — calls, jobs, customers and the diary

The split, in short: the owner spends money and issues documents; a manager runs the business day to day and can draft a quote or invoice for the owner to send; an engineer works the jobs. Only the owner handles billing, the team, call forwarding and the accounting connection; quotes and invoices are hidden from engineers entirely.

3. Manage logins

The header shows logins used out of three. A pending invite counts against your three — withdraw an unaccepted invite to free the login, or remove a member you no longer need.

Verify it worked

The invited person shows as Invite sent, then Active once they've set a password, and the logins-used count reflects them.

Troubleshooting

"You've used all 3 logins on your plan." Remove someone to free a login, or — if you genuinely need a fourth — email hello@getscarlett.ai and we'll sort it. There's no self-serve fourth login.

"That email already has a Scarlett login." They're on another account. Ask them to sign in, or get in touch to link them.
