Who this is for
You want the quotes, invoices and emails Scarlett sends to look like your business, not a generic template. Set your logo, colour, slogan and email signature once and they appear on everything your customers receive.
Time: 5 minutes. You'll need: to be the owner or a manager, and your logo file.
Steps

1. Upload your logo
On Settings → Branding, use the Logo card to upload your logo — PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 2 MB. It goes at the top of your quotes and invoices and in your email signature.
2. Set your colour and slogan
In Colour and slogan, pick your primary colour (as #RRGGBB) and, if you
like, a short slogan. The colour is used on the documents you send — the rule
under your letterhead, headings and totals. It doesn't change how Scarlett
looks to you. The Preview shows a sample document in your colour.
3. Choose your email signature
In Email signature, pick one:
- Use the Scarlett signature — built automatically from your logo, colour, slogan and business details, and stays right when you change them.
- Use my own — write one, or paste the signature you already use in Outlook or Gmail.
Press Save on each card.
Verify it worked
Send yourself a test quote or invoice, or open one you've already sent — your logo, colour and slogan are on it, and your signature is at the foot of the email.
Troubleshooting
"Logos must be PNG, JPEG or WebP. SVG isn't accepted." Export your logo as a PNG (or JPEG/WebP) and upload again.
"Logos must be under 2 MB." Resize or compress the image, then upload again.
"Pick a colour in #RRGGBB form."
Enter the colour as a six-digit hex code, e.g. #FF385C.
Only the owner or a manager can change branding. Engineers can't edit it.
What's next
- Create and send an invoice — see your branding on a bill.
- Draft and send quotes — and on a quote.
