Who this is for

You want to choose how Scarlett sounds to your callers. There's one choice to make here — her voice — and the default, British Amelia, works out of the box.

Time: 3 minutes. You'll need: to be the owner.

Before you start

Where did the model options go?.

This page used to let you pick the AI models behind Scarlett too. Those choices asked a plumber to pick infrastructure, so we made them for you — the platform defaults are the right answer for every account today. What's left is the one choice that's genuinely yours: the voice.

Steps

The 'Pick her voice' page with British and other-accent voice tiles, each showing a name and a play button, and one tile selected.
One choice — which voice your callers hear.

1. Pick a voice

On Train Scarlett → Voice, the voices are grouped British and Other accents. Press the play button on a tile to hear a sample.

2. Select it

Tap the tile to select it — there's nothing else to save. Your choice takes effect on the next call; existing recordings keep the voice they were made with.

Verify it worked

The voice you picked shows as selected (its tile is highlighted), and the next test call or real call uses it.

Troubleshooting

"Voices unavailable." The text-to-speech provider couldn't be reached just then. Try again in a moment.

My voice change didn't affect a call. Changes apply to the next call — a call already under way keeps its voice.
